Refund Policy

Prep4Success value our customers and want to provide you with an exceptional product. If you are not satisfied with your meals for any reason, please contact us within 72 hours of receiving your order at (769) 208-3699 or prep4successmeals@gmail.com

Please do not hesitate to send us a message through email within 72 hours of receiving your order. Replacements and refunds are never guaranteed and will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis. We will not give refunds for orders once they are confirmed. We will not give refunds for the orders which have been prepaid without having received a 72-hour notification for the cancellation. Same day cancellations or failure to pick up meal at scheduled time for placed orders are all subject to a refilling fee for the total price of the meals as it is prepared and served the morning of the pick-up date.

You are liable for choosing the most suitable pickup date and time that is best for you.  When you choose the inappropriate method, we can’t refund your order. We’re not accountable for spoilage while we prepare the dishes fresh each morning and follow the entire food safety handling guidelines straight to your hands. We suggest keeping the meals no more than five to seven days.

Depending on the details, at our sole discretion, we may replace, credit, or refund you in whole or in part, or otherwise address your dissatisfaction (each, an “Accommodation”). However, unless we failed to deliver the Products in your Order, we assume no obligation to provide an Accommodation.  In the event we offer an Accommodation, we may require a return of the Product(s), photographic documentation or other information for quality control or other purposes, prior to providing an Accommodation. ALL ACCOMMODATIONS ARE PROVIDED ON AN “AS IS” BASIS WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, AND PREP4SUCCESS DISCLAIMS ALL OTHER WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.


Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.


European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
